Golden in color. Hand-harvested botrytis-affected grapes. Fermented in an old Fuder oak barrel.
The aroma is dominated by cantaloupe, stone fruit, and apricot, complemented by dried fruit, honey, and citrus, along with schist-like minerality and lively acidity.
The palate is medium-bodied, complex, and refined, with the sweetness balanced by excellent acidity. The finish is long, with a clean, mineral aftertaste.
Pairs well with foie gras, blue cheese, and fruit desserts. We recommend serving it with an apricot tart, a cheese platter, and a light fruit dessert.
