Bright lemon-yellow in color with a slight opalescence. A cold infusion of Sicilian lemon peel in neutral alcohol, to which sugar syrup and water are added. It is not aged; it is stabilized and filtered before bottling. The aroma is dominated by lemon peel and citrus oil, complemented by lemon juice and white flowers, as well as sugar syrup and a light citrusy bitterness. The taste is sweet, fresh, and intensely citrusy. The finish is medium-length and refreshingly citrusy. It pairs well as a digestif, in cocktails, and in spritzes. We recommend serving it with lemon desserts, sorbet, fruit, and tiramisu.
