Light golden in color. Fermented in stainless steel, partially aged in oak barrels, and aged on fine lees (sur lie).
The aroma is dominated by lemon, green apple, and ripe pear, complemented by white flowers, a hint of honey, and strong minerality with notes of stone and chalk.
The palate is medium- to full-bodied, structured, with high acidity and very well-balanced. The finish is long, mineral, and salty.
Pairs well with seafood and fish. We recommend serving it with oysters, scallops, grilled white fish, and creamy fish pasta.
