A deeper lemon-gold color. Fermented in stainless steel, partially aged in oak (neutral), with extended contact with the lees (sur lie).
The aroma is dominated by ripe lemon, peach, and ripe apple, complemented by white flowers and honey, along with strong minerality, a chalky note, and a slightly creamy character.
The palate is full-bodied, very well-balanced, with a silky texture and high acidity. The finish is very long, complex, mineral, and slightly creamy.
It pairs well with fine cuisine and seafood. We recommend serving it with lobster, scallops, foie gras, and creamy fish dishes.
