Pale golden-yellow in color with silvery highlights. Botrytized grapes. Hand-harvested. Fermented and aged for 18–26 months in French oak barrels.
The aroma is dominated by rhubarb, peach, and white flowers, complemented by honey, marmalade, dried apricot, and orange zest, along with a buttery nuance and a hint of nutmeg.
The palate is light yet lush and clean; the sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity. The finish is persistent, with a smooth and elegant aftertaste.
Pairs well with blue cheese, foie gras, and fruit desserts. We recommend serving it with chocolate mousse, fruit tart, and crème brûlée.
