Light golden yellow in color with a soft mousse. Traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle), old vines (vieilles vignes), bottle fermentation, aging on the lees, use of reserve wines.
The aroma is dominated by ripe apple, pear, and yellow fruits, complemented by notes of brioche, yeast, and toasted bread, along with a hint of spice and honey.
The palate is dry, round, fruity, and of medium body. The finish is medium, soft, and fruity.
Pairs well with poultry, meat, and cheese. We recommend serving it with roasted chicken, pork, foie gras, and soft cheeses.
