Light golden-yellow in color with fine bubbles. Made using traditional methods, old vines, and reserve wines; aged on the lees for ~24–36 months.
The aroma is dominated by apple, pear, and white fruits, complemented by notes of brioche and a light yeastiness, as well as honey and a hint of spice.
The palate is dry, smooth, fruity, and medium-bodied. The finish is medium and rounded.
Pairs well with seafood, fish, poultry, and appetizers. We recommend serving it with oysters, shrimp, fish tempura, chicken, and appetizers.
