Pale pink in color with a fine, persistent effervescence. Traditional method. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aged in the bottle for approximately 48 months. Rosé assemblage (with added red Pinot Noir wine).
The aroma is dominated by raspberry and citrus, complemented by bergamot and melon, as well as rose, honey, and cinnamon.
The palate is dry, fresh, creamy, elegant, and medium-bodied. The finish is long, refined, and berry-like.
Pairs well with cheese, desserts, and as an aperitif. We recommend serving it with Brie, Chaource, berry tarts, and macarons.
