Medium to deep ruby red in color with violet hues. Traditional vinification. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins with moderate extraction. Partial aging in concrete tanks and used oak barrels to preserve fruitiness.
The aroma is dominated by black cherry, plum, and blackberry, complemented by licorice, black pepper, and dried herbs, along with a hint of smokiness, spice, and Mediterranean herbs.
The palate is dry, medium-bodied, juicy, and smooth, with balanced acidity and rounded tannins. The finish is medium to long, with a fruity and spicy aftertaste.
Pairs well with grilled dishes, meat, and Mediterranean cuisine. We recommend serving it with grilled beef, lamb, BBQ, and pasta with tomato sauce.
