Golden in color. A London Dry-style gin distilled with Tuscan botanicals, then aged in Durmast oak casks (barricato style) and bottled unfiltered. The aroma is dominated by juniper and citrus, complemented by vanilla and spices, as well as oak and caramel. The taste is dry, full-bodied, and complex. The finish is long, warm, and spicy. It pairs well as a digestif and in cocktails. We recommend serving it with grilled meats and baked cheeses.
