Amber-yellow in color. Distilled from wine. Aged in oak barrels. A blend of different vintages. The aroma is dominated by dried fruits: apricot and raisin, complemented by vanilla, caramel, wood, and spices. The taste is soft, round, and slightly sweet. The finish is medium to long. Warm and spicy. Pairs well as a digestif or with desserts. We recommend serving it with chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit.
