Light copper in color (ramato). Skin contact for about 1 day; fermentation at a controlled temperature.
The aroma is dominated by apple and pear, complemented by floral notes and melon, along with light tannins and minerality.
The palate is dry, medium-bodied, and fresh. The finish is medium-length, with a hint of tannins.
Pairs well as an aperitif and with light meals. We recommend serving it with fish, pasta, and mushrooms.
