Light lemon-yellow in color. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and partially in oak barrels; partially aged in oak. The aroma is dominated by apple and lemon, complemented by pear and white peach, with a hint of butteriness and minerality. The palate is medium-bodied, dry, with fresh acidity and well-balanced. The finish is of medium length. Pairs well with light dishes and poultry. We recommend serving it with chicken, white fish, salads, and soft cheeses.
