Bright ruby red in color. Hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel. Short to medium aging in oak barrels. The aroma is dominated by red berries, cherry, and raspberry, complemented by light herbal and floral notes, as well as spices and almond. The palate is light to medium-bodied, fresh, with soft tannins and lively acidity. The finish is medium, fresh, and fruity. Pairs well with light meats, pasta, and Mediterranean dishes. We recommend serving it with pasta in tomato sauce, chicken, turkey, grilled vegetables, and salami.
