Made from 100% Cacahuazintle, an ancient corn variety from Mexico. The corn is processed using the traditional nixtamalization method, followed by slow cooking and fermentation. The spirit is then distilled in copper stills, following traditional production methods that bring out the natural character of the corn and give the spirit a distinctive flavor.
