Medium to deep golden yellow in color. Hand-harvested. Fermented partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees with bâtonnage, which imparts a creamy texture and complexity while preserving freshness and mineral balance.
The aroma is dominated by ripe pear and peach, complemented by white flowers and citrus, as well as honey, almond, and a hint of spice.
The palate is full-bodied, round, with lower acidity, rich, and layered. The finish is long, warm, and slightly nutty.
Pairs well with poultry, rich fish dishes, and creamy dishes. We recommend serving it with chicken in a cream sauce, lobster, grilled fish, and risotto.
