Bright golden yellow in color. Dried berries. Aged in barriques. At least 6 months in wood and 3 months in the bottle.
The aroma is dominated by acacia blossoms, honey, and yellow fruits, complemented by fruit compote, almonds, and dried fruits, along with subtle wood notes and a balanced sweetness.
The palate is aromatic, elegant, smooth, and well-balanced. The finish is persistent with a pleasant aftertaste.
Pairs well with Gorgonzola, herb-flavored cheese, foie gras, and dry pastries. We recommend serving it with almond cookies, dry dessert pastries, and a cheese platter.
