The wine is pale yellow in color with a greenish tint. On the nose, intense notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and lime open up, complemented by peach, melon and fresh herbal nuances. On the palate the wine is juicy and lively, bringing out tropical fruit and citrus. Fresh acidity gives the wine verve, while mineral and lightly saline nuances add character and make the tasting experience multifaceted. The finish is long, fruity and refreshingly citrusy.
This dry and aromatic white wine pairs superbly with seafood, fish, oysters, fresh salads and goat cheese. It also goes well with lighter summer dishes and food prepared with lemony sauces. The wine’s freshness and aromas come through best when served chilled.
