The aroma is dominated by juniper, citrus, and green apple, complemented by herbs, cilantro, and spices, along with a strong peppery note and the warmth of alcohol. The taste is very dry, intense, concentrated, and robust. The finish is very long, warming, and spicy. It pairs well with cocktails. We recommend serving it with richer dishes, grilled meats, and strong cheeses.
