Golden in color with amber highlights. The grapes are dried for about 3 months. Aged for about 3 years in small, sealed 100-liter wooden barrels. Followed by at least 3 months in the bottle.
The aroma is dominated by honey, walnuts, and raisins, complemented by caramel, almonds, and ripe apples, with a velvety texture and harmonious sweetness.
The taste is slightly sweet, silky, and well-balanced. The finish is long, with a nutty and caramel-like aftertaste.
Pairs well with cantuccini, foie gras, and spoon desserts. We recommend serving it with crostata, almond cookies, and a cheese platter.
