The aroma is dominated by ripe plum, cherry, and black currant, complemented by chocolate and herbs, with light notes of spice and earth. The palate is medium-bodied, with soft tannins; it is round and juicy, with balanced acidity. The finish is medium, soft, and berry-like. Pairs well with pasta, grilled dishes, and cheeses. We recommend serving it with beef, pasta, grilled vegetables, and semi-hard cheeses.
