Dark ruby red in color. A typical Austrian red blend. Aged in barriques and/or small oak barrels. Glass stopper. The aroma is dominated by dark cherry, red currant, and blackberry, complemented by fresh red pepper, spices, and graphite, with a complex structure, juiciness, and ripeness. The palate is full-bodied, smooth, and well-structured. The finish is long, with a spicy and berry-like aftertaste. Pairs well with red meat, lamb, game, and grilled vegetables. We recommend serving it with beef tenderloin, lamb chops, venison stew, and grilled mushrooms.
