The aroma is dominated by red berries, cherries, and wild strawberries, complemented by floral notes, candy, a hint of spice, and juicy fruit, with soft tannins and a fresh character. The palate is light to medium-bodied, very fruity, and lively. The finish is short to medium, with a juicy and delightfully berry-forward aftertaste. Pairs well with charcuterie, roasted chicken, sausages, and soft cheeses. We recommend serving it with Lyon sausages, pâté, and a cold meat platter.
