Light golden in color with fine bubbles. Méthode traditionnelle. Aged on the lees for 156 months. Extra Brut dosage: 5 g/L.
The aroma is dominated by citrus, white flowers, and toasted brioche, complemented by notes of nuts, yeast autolysis, and minerality, with an elegant, precise, and taut structure.
The palate is dry, fresh, and complex, with great clarity. The finish is long, with a toasty and precise aftertaste.
Pairs well with oysters, lobster, crab, and fine seafood. We recommend serving it with oysters on ice, buttered lobster, and scallops.
