Crystal-clear in color. Neutral alcohol is distilled with juniper berries and Tuscan botanicals using the classic London Dry method, without any sweetening after distillation. The aroma is dominated by juniper and citrus, complemented by rosemary, sage, and thyme, as well as lavender and olive leaves. The taste is dry, aromatic, and medium-bodied. The finish is medium, fresh, and herbal. It pairs well as an aperitif and in cocktails. We recommend serving it with seafood, olives, and citrus-based dishes.
