Crystal clear in color. Made using the classic London Dry method, in which neutral alcohol is distilled with juniper berries and botanicals typical of Tuscany. No sugar or other sweeteners are added after distillation.

The nose is dominated by juniper and citrus, complemented by rosemary, sage and thyme. In the background, lavender and olive leaf come through.

The palate is dry, aromatic and medium-bodied. The finish is medium in length, fresh and herbal.

Excellent as an aperitif and for making cocktails. We also recommend serving it with seafood, olives and citrus dishes.
