Deep golden yellow in color, with fine, persistent bubbles. Made using the traditional method, exclusively from Grand Cru grapes, with extended aging on the lees (~60 months); a vintage wine.
The aroma is dominated by white flowers, peach, and citrus, complemented by notes of toasted bread, brioche, and almond, as well as honey, minerality, and a hint of saltiness.
The palate is dry, full-bodied, complex, and elegant. The finish is long, mineral, and refined.
Pairs well with seafood, fish, poultry, and cheese. We recommend serving it with scallops, lobster, white fish, chicken, and aged cheeses.
