Simply choose the drinks you would like from our selection. Once you have made your choice, proceed to the checkout. You will then receive confirmation of your order.
You can receive your order either from our restaurant or via a Veinipak courier. If you are picking up your order from the restaurant, please be sure to bring your order confirmation with you. Our staff will be happy to assist you when you collect your order.
It is possible to pay for the order on-site at the restaurant in cash or by bank card. In addition, when placing the order, you can pay via bank transfer or card payment in the online store.
Online store orders are processed on business days until 5:00 PM, and orders received before that time are assembled on the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM are processed on the following business day.
In the event of an urgent or emergency order, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.
Yes. If the order is not yet paid for, you can change it yourself: go to My Account > Orders, select the order, and press "Edit order". You can then change the products, delivery address, delivery method, and payment method.
If the order is already paid for, please write to us as soon as possible at info@r14.ee and include the order number. We can make changes as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the courier or prepared for pickup. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
